Meadowside Holiday Apartments in Torquay, Devon, are situated in a quiet tree-lined road, within easy reach of the seafront, shops, pubs, eating places and the Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre.

The apartments are totally self contained and can accomodate from 2-6 persons. They are fully equipped to ensure that you have everything needed for an enjoyable holiday.

We have a large secluded garden which guests are free to use and is ideal for the children to play or for all to relax and enjoy the mild English Riviera weather.

Children particularly enjoy playing in our 'treehouse' which can be a castle, pirate ship or whatever else their imagination can bring to life. They can climb the ladder to the platform and slide back down to play on the swing.

We are situated very close to the shops, town centre, harbour, marina and beaches, all are within easy walking distance.

Bus stops and coach trips close by can take you to all parts of Devon including Paignton and Brixham as well as around Torquay itself, whilst Dartmoor is only a pleasant drive away.

Local Attractions

There are also many interesting attractions within easy reach such as Cockington Country Park, a great day out for all the family; Torre Abbey with its museum and gallery; Babbacombe Downs, Theatre and Model Village to name but a few.

Abbey Sands Beach is only a ten minute stroll away. It is a sandy beach with safe swimming, watersports, toilets, refreshments and deck chair hire.

Just across the road from the beach are Torquay's famous gardens with tennis, bowls, pitch and putt, crazy golf, the Torquay Flyer and the 12th century Torre Abbey.

There is an indoor wave pool with water slide at the adjacent Riviera Centre.
